4. Choose user account from the menu
5. Hit the link that says manage my account
6. Hit the link that says cancel account
7. Read the screen and follow the instructions before continuing
8. You’ll retain account access until the end of the period you were most recently charged for

2. Go up to find “Chat Available”
3. Note that if Chat is not available, there will be no option shown. It’s best to look for this option during the day in the United States.
4. Hit the link that says “Chat Available”
