Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country (if outside USA)
• E-mail Address on account
• Password

Follow these steps:

1. Type up an email requesting to cancel your account
2. So that they can locate your account, provide the information they ask for
3. Ask for documentation that you contacted them
4. Send your email to [email protected]
5. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

1. Use your internet browser to visit https://www.grammarly.com/
2. Hit the link that says “Log in” in the upper right hand corner of the page
3. You’ll need to login with this info: email address and password
4. Go down to find the “Subscription” tab on the left side
5. Hit the link that says “Manage Subscription”
6. Hit the link that says “Cancel future billing”
7. Go down to find the “confirm cancellation” button
8. Hit the link that says the “confirm cancellation” button
9. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.
