How to Cancel Ipsy

Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Contact them by calling (855) 661-0018
2. Inform them that you are contacting them to cancel
3. So that they can locate your account, provide the information they ask for
4. Ask for documentation that you contacted them
5. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

Follow these steps:

1. Use your internet browser to visit https://help.ipsy.com/hc/en-us
2. Hit the link that says Get Instant Answers
3. Type contact agent
4. Now put in your info where it asks for it
5. Hit the link that says Glam Bag
6. Choose Billing under topic of your issue dropdown menu
7. Type Please cancel subscription
8. Hit the link that says send
9. Hit the link that says link in confirmation e-mail you receive to confirm cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Use your internet browser to visit https://www.ipsy.com/
2. Hit the link that says profile picture at top right hand side of screen
3. Choose My account
4. Hit the link that says Subscription & Purchases
5. Hit the link that says Cancel subscription and follow the prompts
6. Hit the link that says link in confirmation e-mail you receive to confirm cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Send your email to [email protected]
2. Type up an email requesting cancellation, for a confirmation number and final billing details
