Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• E-mail Address on account
• Password
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country (if outside USA)

Follow these steps:

1. Contact them by calling 1-866-727-8920
2. Choose phone menu option 6
3. Inform them that you are contacting them to cancel
4. So that they can locate your account, provide the information they ask for
5. Be sure to ask for and document the date of your final charge
6. Ask that you be refunded
7. Ask for documentation that you contacted them
8. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

2. Hit the link that says “Member log in”
3. You’ll need to login with this info: email address and password
4. Hit the link that says “Settings” in upper right corner
5. Hit the link that says “My account”

17. Now put in your info where it asks for it
18. Hit the link that says “Ok, remove my profile”
19. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.
