• Amount of Last Charge
• Date of Birth

Follow these steps:

2. You’ll need to login with this info: Email and Password
3. Hit the link that says your username in the top right
4. Choose “My Account” from the menu
5. Go down to find “Account Status”
6. Hit the link that says “View Account Status”
7. Hit the link that says “More Account Status Changes”
8. Hit the link that says “Remove Automatic Renewal”
9. Now put in your info where it asks for it and follow the prompts carefully to finish your cancellation
